Shipping Information

Shipping varies, based on the weight of your order and what part of the world you want it to be delivered. We take the utmost care with your parcel to help get it to you, most items leave our store the next business day after receiving the funds. If there are any issues we will notify you of them and discuss the scheduling. 

Shipping is available to most locations that either DHL Express, TNT or the Australian Postal service advise us that they can deliver from Australia. Whilst we are a long way from many parts of the world we have found that express shipping gets to most popular and remote places very fast.

To check the shipping cost on your order, add what you need to your cart, press checkout, enter the address and hit next, it will show you the calculated shipping total before any payment information is required.

The rates do not include insurance. If you require insurance let us know so that we can arrange this requirement and advise what the fee will be for your parcel. 

We will send you the tracking reference for the parcel when it is sent, this can be of use if there are problems.

Please note that once our product has left our offices, it is no longer our responsibility, it resides within the auspices of your delivery service and yourself. 

 

Australian Domestic

Delivered via Australia Post or equivalent, typically takes 2-3 working days. Can be shipped via courier on request.

 

International

Usually we ship via TNT or DHL Express with only a few exceptions, these are signature services. However, if you have given an authority to leave or have one previously agreed to, then this is at your own risk.

Note that TNT and DHL Express cannot deliver to a post office box.

Insurance may be arranged on request.

Express services will typically take 3-5 working days to most popular locations after collection, this will vary based on your specific address. To avoid delays make sure that you provide the correct telephone number and email so that the shipping company can contact you regarding any duties (see below) before delivery can be arranged.

For small value items (such as a few cables) we can arrange this to be sent via postal service as a letter as an alternative to the high express shipping rates.

 

Some countries charge sales tax and import duties

Please Note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges that are required by your country for importing goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the total cost because it varies widely around the world. 

Do your research of what the additional cost will be on top of the advertised purchase price if you are concerned. Only use Wikipedia for indicative purposes and check your local laws before purchasing.

We will declare the parcel value as the amount collected on the order.

 

Shipping alternatives

If requested, we can arrange via postal service, or prepare the parcel for your own courier to collect. However, whilst we take the utmost care and will help if required we take no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods if you have chosen an alternative method.

 

 

Issues with Shipping

Report any problems with shipping within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Best to contact the shipping company if there are problems using the tracking reference we provided. If you had no success then reach out to our support at info@batrium.com
