Thank you for visiting and shopping at Batrium. The following terms and conditions constitute our Order and Shipping Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Order and Shipping Policy:
- "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to Batrium Technologies Pty Ltd
- "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- "Service" refers to the Website.
- "Website" refers to Batrium, accessible from https://www.batrium.com/
- "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Notification emails will be sent once the online order has been placed:
- Order confirmation email for order/s placed
- Payment confirmation email for cleared payments
- Shipping notification email with a tracking code once the order has been shipped
Changes in the Order
If You have placed an Order and decided that the item/s may not be the best option for the project or system You are planning, email us right away upon receipt of Your order confirmation email.
We would be happy to edit Your order and update the Products. A refund and/or payment notification of the purchase difference will be sent to You once the Order has been updated.
If additional items are requested, then a second order will be processed for the extra items, and this should be included in the first order with any adjustments to the shipping cost.
Payments & Invoices
All pricing and invoices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Batrium accepts the following methods of payment:
- Debit/Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Wise (Direct Transfer)
Payments via bank transfers can be received in Australian Dollars ONLY, and is not available for transactions without prior consent in any amount below AUD$2000.
For all International transfers, there is an additional currency conversion fee that you need to add to the invoiced amount to handle the bank transaction fee of AUD$35.
Please note that clearing of payments for bank transfers may take 2-3 business days. Choose debit/credit card for instant payments.
For bank transfers and Wise payments, make sure you send us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the bank/confirmation transfer receipt so we can reconcile the payment.

Shipment Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian holidays) after receiving Your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when Your order has shipped.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Option: DHL Express
Shipment cost: Calculated upon checkout
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
Note: DHL Express cannot deliver to a P.O. box.
On request, we can arrange Australia Post however this is typically done to PO boxes or for small orders (i.e. a couple of cables).
We offer international shipping via DHL Express. Shipping typically takes 3-4 working days for most areas that aren't considered remote (typically if we ship on Thursday, you'll have it by Monday).
To avoid delays, make sure that You provide the correct telephone number and email so the shipping company can contact You regarding any duties (see below) before delivery can be arranged.
For businesses, please provide any tax references for your business that would streamline the duty processing.
For small value items (such as a few cables), We can arrange this to be sent via postal service as a letter as an alternative to the high express shipping rates.
Note: DHL Express cannot deliver to a P.O. box.
If requested, We can arrange via postal service, or prepare the parcel for Your specified courier to collect.
However, whilst We take the utmost care and will help if required, We take no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods if You have chosen an alternative method of shipping Your parcel.
The shipping rates do not include insurance. If You require insurance let Us know so that We can arrange this requirement and advise what the fee will be for Your parcel.
We can arrange insurance on your specific shipment at a charge of $AUD66.50 however you need to request this so it can be arranged at the time of the shipment.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing Your tracking number(s) which You can use to check its status.
If You haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving Your shipping confirmation email, please contact Us immediately at email@example.com with Your name and order number, and We will contact Our shipping agents and will help look into it for You.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches Your destination country. These are to be paid on top of the advertised purchase price when the item is shipped.
We do not collect this beforehand and can't give You an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. We only use this reference: Wikipedia for indicative purposes. Best to check Your local laws and do research on the cost if concerned before purchasing.
Batrium is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Report any problems with shipping within 10 business days of receipt of goods.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please also email Us with Your order number with photo/s of the item’s condition so We can address this to the shipment company. Batrium will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but on a case-by-case basis, We will try Our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If the Goods bought from us turned out not fit for the project or system, We can accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, We will refund the full order amount minus the handling and shipping costs for the return.
