This can be done by a phone call, skype call or Teamviewer session or just when complex queries need extended responses via e-mail
1 - Purchase an initial half hour support session.
2 - Find a Date & Time that is suitable and book an appointment here: https://calendly.com/jaronware
Please note that Calendly will show YOU the time in YOUR timezone when making the booking.
3 - Let us know about your system and what you want to discuss and achieve beforehand. This allows us to prepare and ensures that the time is well spent and not wasted.
4 -Install TeamViewer remote access software in your computer https://www.teamviewer.com/
5 - Make sure your TeamViewer App is running and ready at least 5 minutes prior your appointment. Send us your TeamViewer ID and password numbers as per example in the photo below:
6. At the end of the half hour if more time is needed you can either extend the time (if there is no conflicting bookings) or you can organise another session at a later date.
