Return/Refund policy

Refunds

You can return for full refund minus postage within 30 days of the receipt of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  Items must be returned in the same state they arrived.  Refund is given upon receipt of the goods.

 Exchanges

If you believe your item might be defective or damaged reasonable steps should be made by contacting us by email at info@batrium.com to confirm this before sending back.

To complete your return, we require the item be returned along a note containing you name, order number, contact details, what is being returned and reason for return.  A replacement will be given for faulty goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
