Packages are usually shipped worldwide within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, through a third-party courier service, with online tracking, using a signature as proof of delivery. For large orders of product items to be delivered, please contact our support and sales team for details as multiple systems may need to be sent separately due to insurance liability.
The shipping fee includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and packaging fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment as well as the country of delivery. Shipping fee will be included in the invoice. Duties, taxes and levies, including V.A.T. – if applicable –, shall be paid by the Customer on all shipments at their end.
Batrium is not responsible for any shipment delays. Ordering from us, the customer accepts the risks of delays during package delivery. For lost or damaged stock due to courier shipping liability is only to a maximum $1,000.00. Multiple systems may need to separate, contact Batrium for a Custom Invoice.
Both title and risk of loss of products shall transfer to the Purchaser when the products pass into the possession of a shipping agent, such as Australia Post, TNT or DHL. Purchaser shall pay, and is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to the shipment of the products identified in their invoice. The Purchaser is responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties, or other fees or charges imposed by any carrier, or by any local, state, federal, or foreign governmental body or entity.
The shipping declared values is that when we receive.
Purchaser acknowledges that, while Seller will make every effort to provide Purchaser with products that fit its defined needs, it is the Purchaser, and only the Purchaser, who is responsible for making a determination that the products purchased are suitable for the use or uses to which the Purchaser will put them.
Batrium gives a one year warranty for the Batrium product line. Non-functional or damaged products will be replaced free of charge. Damaged products includes items that have been damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, contact us immediately and send pictures of the damaged package as a proof.
The warranty will be void if the returned non-functional products were damaged by customer’s fault. Fault cause will be investigated at our office in Australia(see Return policy).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Purchaser understands and agrees that the Seller shall not be liable for any incidental damages or consequential damages or expenses which arise, directly or indirectly, from the sale, purchase, shipment, handling, or use of the products. The Purchaser must acknowledge that the Seller’s non-liability for incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses extends to any incident or claim, regardless of whether it is based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, negligence, or any other claimed violation of any other common law or statutory theory or provision. Purchaser agrees that Seller’s liability for a material breach of this Contract shall be and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or products described, or to the repayment of the sum paid by Purchaser (when such products are returned); or to the provision of a credit for the value of the products.
Technical advice and support offered by Batrium is incorporated into the cost of standard systems of up to one (1) hour only. Any customer needing more involved help and hand holding will be offered paid technical support of $75.00 per half hour, this will be found in our products page and must be bought in advance. Interactive support via Teamviewer is a paid service...
With the agreement between the parties to accept the return of a product an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) is produced. The product needs to be photographed, boxed and shipped (at customers cost) back to our offices or to a specified address
Returned products that are fully functional, unused and in resellable condition, will be refunded. Return procedure has to be done not longer than 14 days after receiving goods.
